A Letter from your 2011 Fremont Chamber of Commerce President Linda Fulton.

 

Welcome to the New Year everyone and I certainly hope that it has been kind to you so far.  Once again it is hard to believe that we are already into the year of 2011 and the first month is almost over.  Your Board of Directors for the Fremont Chamber of Commerce are excited about the various events that are already scheduled for the year.  We are planning to hold After Hours Events at least twice this year.  Our 10th Annual Golf Outing fund raiser is  scheduled for May 22, 2011 at Country  Meadows Golf Resort with a 2 p.m. shot-gun start.  Please put that on your calendar as it is really a fun time for all attendees and the prizes are worth coming for as well.  Fremont Music Fest is scheduled for July 8th & 9th and that should also prove to be a wonderful exposure for the Town as well as good food and music to be enjoyed by all ages.  We will participate with a food drive for the Community Food Bank toward the end of the year along with many other events in-between,  with the year closing with a visit from Santa at the Fire Barn. 
Again, we urge everyone to get involved with their Chamber and as always, we welcome any suggestions that anyone has that would help to make our community “a better place to come home to”.
